In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 60 people from nearly 20 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.

JOB MISSION

As a Business Development Manager at Bridge for Billions, your role is integral to our mission of reshaping the global entrepreneurial landscape. This position extends beyond conventional business development roles. You will be actively involved in developing and executing innovative sales strategies aimed at key private sector entities, including large Corporations (ESG, HHRR, MKT & Innovation departments) and Corporate Foundations. Collaborating closely with our more senior business development team members, you will play a crucial role in formulating and adapting our sales strategies to meet the evolving needs of these important sectors.

Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market analysis and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders. By understanding the unique needs of these clients and employing excellent proposal writing skills, you will develop tailored solutions that effectively address the specific challenges and objectives in terms of social impact and corporate reputation. Your role is vital in connecting our services with the needs of these organizations, ensuring that our solutions are not only impactful but also closely aligned with the clients' goals. Your ability to establish lasting relationships, marked by empathy, active listening, and cultural sensitivity, will be key in building trust and credibility with our clients. Your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proficiency in English and Spanish will significantly contribute to driving Bridge for Billions toward greater success and influence in the entrepreneurial sphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting private sector entities such as large Corporations and Corporate Foundations.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the needs and challenges of private sector clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the private sector, establishing trust and credibility.
  • Craft customized proposals that address the specific objectives and challenges of private sector clients, showcasing the value of Bridge for Billions' services.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Directors to refine and adapt sales approaches based on market feedback and trends.
  • Utilize excellent proposal writing skills to effectively communicate tailored solutions to potential clients.
  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with the broader goals and objectives of Bridge for Billions.
  • Engage in active listening and cultural sensitivity to forge lasting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Leverage proficiency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with a wide range of private sector entities.
  • Track and analyze sales data using CRM systems to inform strategic decisions and improve future sales approaches.


REQUIREMENTS


Experience & Track Record:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, or a related field, preferably within the large corporate. 
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Corporate or Corporate Foundations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to implement sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work on both straightforward and complicated projects, showing leadership in complex initiatives.
  • Capable of strategic thinking and operational execution within a dynamic setting.
Technical Proficiency & Analytical Prowess:
  • Intermediate in the use of CRMs, coupled with an understanding of marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to dissect sales data, pinpointing areas of opportunity and refinement.
  • Skills to aid remote sales teams and strategies that penetrate large accounts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in implementing sales techniques that bolster revenue goals.
  • Aptitude for communicating complex ideas crisply in a rapidly evolving setting.
Communication & Management:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

OFFER AND LOCATION

Transparent salaries and fair compensation structure, mid-range for the social sector:

  • Compensation: Annually range salary from 25,000 USD - 30,000 USD (gross salary)
  • Health Insurance bonus of $60/month added to your salary
  • Location: México (remote)
