In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 60 people from nearly 20 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.
JOB MISSION
Bridge for Billions Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational and financial aspects of our program incubation efforts, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated and program goals are achieved. The person in this position will collaborate closely with the Program Directors to analyze data, generate insights, and propose solutions to enhance program effectiveness. They will be responsible for managing budgets, creating and implementing systems to track KPIs and metrics, and contributing to continuously improving workflows and processes. By providing clear financial reporting to donors and clients, as well as data-driven insights, this role will support the decision-making process of Program Directors and drive the overall success of our programs.
MAIN CONTRIBUTIONS
1. Programs Monitoring and Evaluation
- Oversee the overall health of programs to ensure objectives are met.
- Continuously monitor resource usage and ensure proper allocation.
2. Process Management and Creation
- Design, implement, and ensure compliance with operational and administrative processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization in workflows and systems.
3. Financial Management and Billing:
- Ensure that program billing is done correctly and on time.
- Collaborate in reviewing, creating, and implementing program budgets.
4. Opportunity identification and Problem Solving
- Analyze operational improvement opportunities and work with the program team to design effective solutions.
- Generate insights through data analysis and propose strategies based on those results.
5. Sprint and Project Participation
- Actively contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and sprint cycles, ensuring continuous progress toward program goals.
6. Financial Reporting
- Contribute to creating, updating, and presenting clear and detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Capacity to collaborate with Program Directors to understand challenges and translate data insights into actionable solutions.

OFFER AND LOCATION
Transparent salaries and fair compensation structure, mid-range for the social sector:
- Compensation: Annual salary ranging from €30,000 - €34,000 (gross salary)
- Benefits Package: Includes health insurance through Alan and a flexible benefits program with Cobee, which covers expenses from meals to childcare and training.
- Location: Madrid or someone who is open to relocating to this vibrant city.
