In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 60 people from nearly 20 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.
JOB MISSION
The Program Manager Consultant at Bridge for Billions will support the delivery of the “Conecta Migrants and Refugee”' initiative.
We find a lot of talent and innovative ideas in migrant communities, but opportunities and skills are often lacking. The Conecta Migrants and Refugees Italy initiative, sponsored by Bridge for Billions, aims to empower your Entrepreneurship Support Organization (ESO*) in implementing incubation programs for migrant and refugee people. We believe that by joining the forces of various organizations active in the area, we can create a systemic impact and make the Italian economy more inclusive.
This role includes co-managing incubation programs (training and supporting cohort of participants and organising extra activities), training local partner organisations, engaging with the local community.
ASSIGNMENT SCOPE & CONTRIBUTIONS
The Program Manager Consultant will join the team until the end of September 2025 (with the possibility of extension after), overseeing key phases of the Conecta Migrants & Refugees Italy cohort.
- Incubation Program (April-September)
- Supporting the team in the Weekly monitoring of the cohort’s (entrepreneurs and mentors) progress and taking action where needed.
- Review the work of the program tools in detail and provide feedback or resources to support the entrepreneurs.
- Coordinating with the team to organise and host extra activities for the cohort, e.g. networking events, extra trainings with experts, Q&A sessions, to better support them
- Track mentee engagement, gather feedback from both mentors, and provide support to enhance the mentorship experience.
- Guide entrepreneurs in exploring career pathways in the ecosystem, helping them identify opportunities and potential next steps.
- Plan communications to cohort
- Provide support to cohorts through email and WhatsApp.
- Support cohort in reporting technical issues on the online platform.
- Provide detailed updates about programs’ health, participants' comments, and KPIs to the team as well as to the other partners in the program.
- Identify issues quickly and come up with suggestions on how to solve them for the tracks to run smoothly and provide the desired results.
2. Support & Train ESOs (April-September)
- Participate in weekly calls to collaborate with Entrepreneurship Support Organisations’ (ESOs) team, gather feedback, and support them.
- Collaborate with the team in planning training sessions hosted by Bridge or external experts for the ESOs to better support them in the program and gather ESOs’ feedback
- Support the team in organising networking spaces for the ESOs in Italy together with other countries (Europe, Africa, and Latin America).
3. Mapping and engaging with ESOs and partners (May-June)
- Assist the team in mapping ESOs and partners in the entrepreneurial and migration ecosystem and engage with them to develop synergies.
- Support the team in maintaining strong relationships with existing ESOs and partners with alignment with our vision, ensuring smooth coordination and clear communication, to ensure .
4. Event Management and Delivery (July-September)
- Coordinating the closing online ceremony for the cohort happening by the end of July.
- Help the team select the top 10 entrepreneurs for the Pitch Competition in September.
- Train and support the top 10 entrepreneurs to pitch their business during the event.
- Assist the team in organising the logistics for the Pitch Competition (venue, refreshment, travel/accommodation entrepreneurs, speakers) and promote the event.
4. Client Reporting (April-August)
- Gather key information about the cohort (feedback, testimonials, KPIs) to be able to monthly report the program progress to the client.
- Support the team in the submission of the final impact assessment of the program for the client, ensuring all participants answer impact surveys and gather testimonials [beginning of August]
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
We’re looking for an experienced project manager to design and implement programs with youth creative entrepreneurs, with a focus on stakeholder management, community creation, and engagement.
Hard Skills we look for in this particular role:
- Languages: native level of Italian and professional English (Plus if fluent in Spanish).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing entrepreneurship programs, social impact initiatives, and ideally the migration sector.
- Proven ability to develop and execute initiatives that provide structured support for entrepreneurs, including incubation, mentorship, or training programs.
- Experience in delivering training, organizing workshops, and capacity-building initiatives for diverse audiences
- Eager to understand migrant entrepreneurs' challenges and incubation methodologies, with experience in mentoring, coaching, or advising entrepreneurs preferred.
- A well-connected professional with insights into the entrepreneurship ecosystem, particularly in the social impact and migration sectors (a plus).
- Experience as a facilitator, speaker, or trainer, comfortable leading sessions and engaging with large audiences (highly desirable).
- At ease with tech tools such as Notion, Miro, Slack, and Google Drive, or eager to learn and adapt quickly. Good grasp of spreadsheets.

OFFER AND LOCATION
- Start date: As soon as we find the right person.
- Duration: From April 2025 to September 2025 (with the possibility of extension and reevaluation after).
- Contract type: Part-time Contractor to Bridge for Billions PBC, our headquarters in the US. A VAT number registered in Italy is required.
- Compensation Fee: €1,1000 - €1,400 per month USD monthly fee (gross payment) *depending on the seniority and interview process performance
- Location & Flexible Work Options: Based in Italy, with an expected average of 15 hours per week, depending on the phase of the program. Flexible working hours allow you to manage your schedule effectively. However, due to the collaborative nature of the project, availability to work with the team and partners in Central European Time (CET) is required. Travel within Italy may be necessary, with food, travel, and accommodation expenses reimbursed.
