Bridge for Billions, recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, Ashoka, and Acumen, has worked with more than 100 organizations such as Coca-Cola, Novartis, VISA, and institutions such as the United Nations or IDB Lab in the development of large-scale entrepreneurship programs. In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 50 people from nearly 25 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.
JOB MISSION
The Content Writer Intern at Bridge for Billions will be responsible for crafting compelling, bilingual (English and Spanish) written content that drives engagement and conversion across multiple channels, with a strong focus on B2B marketing while collaborating with the B2C marketing team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in copywriting, with a passion and looking to develop their experience in impact, storytelling, and building partnerships with international companies and organizations. We are looking for someone who can potentially grow with us beyond the internship period.
ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS
1. Content Creation (70% of time dedicated to this role)
- Write and edit high-quality content in both English and Spanish for newsletters, blog, social media, case studies, business cases, infographics, and other sales materials.
- Develop engaging social media copy aimed at all audiences, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy (Both B2C & B2B)
- Write persuasive copy for landing pages that are optimized for conversions and tailored to specific marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and optimize content distribution.
- Ensure that all content is culturally relevant and resonates with both English and Spanish-speaking audiences.
2. Email Marketing (20% of time dedicated to this role)
- Create compelling copy for email marketing campaigns targeted at both B2B and B2C customers.
- Continuously refine email copy based on performance data to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
3. Collaboration and Strategy Support (10% of time dedicated to this role)
- Support the marketing and sales teams by contributing to the execution of strategies that align with business objectives.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure that marketing efforts are consistent and effective across all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in copywriting and digital marketing, and propose innovative approaches to enhance content effectiveness.

Skills we look for in this role in particular:
- Exceptional bilingual communication skills (Spanish native speaker with excellent English proficiency).
- Expertise in copywriting and storytelling, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse formats, including newsletters, case studies, social media, landing pages, and sales materials > we will ask all candidates for writing sample.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to tailor content to engage professional audiences.
- Interest and basic knowledge of email marketing and creating persuasive copy that drives conversions.
- Interest in social impact, international relations, philanthropy, development and sales. Experience in these areas is a nice-to-have.

Duration: 6 months | Location: Madrid | Contract Type: Internship
- Compensation of 700€ (Monthly salary)
