In 10 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 50 people from nearly 25 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LATAM HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.
JOB MISSION
The Ecosystem & Partnerships Developer will play a key role in expanding Bridge’s presence and impact in the region by strengthening strategic relationships with ESOs (Entrepreneurial Support Organizations), corporates, public institutions, and brand partners. This person will act as a representative of Bridge at events, organize workshops and networking activities, and serve as the main channel of communication for the local ecosystem, creating opportunities for branding, post-program partnerships, and sales.
We are looking for someone highly proactive and results-driven — a doer who not only represents Bridge, but also activates opportunities, follows through with discipline, and delivers measurable outcomes. You will prospect, manage a healthy sales pipeline, build strategic partnerships, attend key ecosystem events, and ensure that Mexico becomes one of the strongest and most dynamic markets.
ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS
Prospecting & Lead Generation (30%)
- Identify and develop branding, post-program, and sales-focused partnerships.
- Connect ESOs with relevant partners to ensure mutual value creation.
- Integrate partnerships into Bridge’s broader marketing and growth strategy.
- Track and report on partnership performance, including leads, business opportunities, and ecosystem engagement.
Event Management & Representation (20%)
- Plan and execute strategic events, including workshops, demo days, and networking sessions.
- Represent Bridge at conferences, forums, and ecosystem gatherings.
- Participate as a speaker, moderator, or facilitator when relevant.
- Ensure events generate leads, partnership opportunities, and brand visibility.
Entrepreneurship Support Organization (ESO)Scouting & Development (25%)
- Identify new ESOs to integrate into Bridge programs.
- Generate business opportunities and ensure successful onboarding of ESOs.
- Support existing ESOs to maintain engagement and participation.
- Channel ecosystem insights to Programs and Sales teams.
Market Activation & Communication (15%)
- Act as the main point of contact for ESOs, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Relay key ecosystem information to internal teams.
- Collaborate on locally relevant content aligned with Bridge’s global strategy.
- Position Bridge as a recognized and trusted actor in the local entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Reporting & Metrics (10%)
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Report quarterly on partnerships, ESO integration, events, and ecosystem visibility.
- Measure the impact of branding, partnership, and community activation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in strategic partnership development, program management, or ecosystem development.
- Strong ability to organize and represent in high-level events.
- Commercial and networking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Project management, market communication, and community development experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

OFFER AND LOCATION
Transparent salaries and fair compensation structure, mid-range for the social sector:
- Compensation: USD $21,000–$23,000 annual gross, depending on experience.
- Location: Based in Mexico City. (with ability to travel in Mexico few times per year)
- Duration: Full-time permanent position, with an initial trial period of 6 months. Continuity after the trial will be confirmed based on performance.
