JOB MISSION
The objective is to launch a business support program specifically designed for migrant and refugee entrepreneurs in Mexico and Colombia. This initiative aims to empower these entrepreneurs by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and networks necessary to establish and grow their businesses, fostering economic integration and contributing to local economies. The program aims to directly support 150 entrepreneurs in one year (75 per country), focusing on sustainable business development, job creation, and income generation. We are seeking two consultants, one in Mexico and another in Colombia, to manage and implement this program. Specifically, the consultants will focus on:
- Mapping of Organizations and Partners: Map potential allies to facilitate the implementation of the program.
- Program Design: Collaborate with local organisations to design a virtual incubation program tailored to the unique needs of migrant and refugee entrepreneurs, including the development of multilingual and culturally appropriate workshops and materials.
- Program Implementation: Implement strategies and processes to ensure the program's goals and outcomes are met.
- Report Development: Contribute to developing a study on the challenges and needs of Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) in Mexico and Colombia.
- Program Monitoring and Evaluation: Generate detailed impact, progress, and budget reports, providing a clear assessment of the program's results and execution.

- Promote the program with our donor to recruit mentors from their own organisation.
- Monitor the development of the program's website and marketing materials with the program's technical team.
- Provide feedback on the design of marketing/communications materials to ensure they fit the local and sectoral context of the program and translate them into the local language for program promotion.

- Support participants with incomplete applications and remind candidates of deadlines.
- Monitor the number and quality of applications received to meet program objectives (entrepreneurs and mentors).
