In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 60 people from nearly 25 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based but with a growing team in Latin America and our recent expansion into Africa we have team members based in different locations around the world.
JOB MISSION
The Partnership Ops Intern is responsible for project managing the opportunities activated by our Ecosystem Partner Managers, ensuring they translate into real, measurable results. With a strong focus on event management, partnership infrastructure, and community activation, this role turns ecosystem energy into execution.
You’ll lead the implementation of partner-facing and community-facing initiatives — from organizing events to maintaining our CRM structure — while using digital tools and analytics to ensure our engagement and content efforts are both performance-driven and operations-efficient.
You’ll work closely with Ecosystem Partner Managers, and cross-functional teams to turn connections into conversion, systems into results, and visibility into impact. Your job is to help Ecosystem Partner Managers, shine by ensuring the backend, events, systems, and data are working seamlessly behind every partnership move
ROLE & CONTRIBUTIONS
1. Partnership Infrastructure & CRM Management (30%)
- Provide direct support to Ecosystem Partner Managers, to maintain the structure of B2B and ESO partners in HubSpot.
- Create and manage CRM properties, stages, tags, and views to ensure accuracy and scalability.
- Ensure all partner information is up-to-date, visible, and aligned with operational processes.
- Train and support team members in correctly using HubSpot to track engagement and outcomes.
2. Event Management & Ecosystem Activation (30%)
- Lead coordination of internal and external events end-to-end: venue, invitations, attendee comms, logistics, and follow-up.
- Turn events into real opportunity channels, not just visibility touchpoints.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Run post-event surveys, gather insights, and define KPIs per event type.
- Facilitate campaigns and event participation aligned with initiatives with stakeholders.
3. Analytics & Process Optimization (15%)

- Content performance (traffic, engagement, conversion)
- Community pipeline metrics (e.g. ESO/Mentor application rates)
- Event impact and ROI
- Suggest data-backed improvements to content and ecosystem strategy.
- Set up and maintain automation workflows and scalable processes for engagement.

- Data & Impact Tracking: Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and engagement dashboards.
