In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 50 people from nearly 25 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.


ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS

Client Relations (20% of time dedicated to this role)
  • Be the main contact point for our clients in the region (foundations, development agencies, companies, and governments) to run multiple incubation programs for early stage entrepreneurs in Latin America.
  • Recognized from the client as decision maker/accountable for the program outcomes.
  • Understand client needs and ensure that their questions are heard and considered and that the program is a success.
  • Can anticipate clients needs, handle complex requests and optimize efforts for delight.
  • Skilled at convincing and influencing clients.
  • Masters sharp, effective and nuanced oral and written communication.
  • Able to autonomously create operational and financial program reports, coordinate with different parties to get the information needed.
  • Work on the allocated programs considering the project budget and given allocation of resources.
  • Provide detailed updates on program health, participant comments and KPIs to the Bridge team as well as our corporate clients.
  • Ensure customer success and the renewal process in collaboration with the sales team.
Planning & Project Management (20% of time dedicated tot his role)
  • Can plan most programs with support from sales
  • Has a basic understanding of team capacity and future needs.
  • Able to anticipate risks and each stage in a program (proactive rather than reactive).
  • Go to the root cause of issues when program metrics are not at the expected standard, and contributes to the financial performance of programs by resolving mismatches in resource allocation in coordination with Directors.
  • Seen as a reference in Program Planning and ClickUp project management.
Incubation Management (40% of time dedicated to this role)
  • An expert in program management who can deliver on all steps and find creative solutions when facing challenges.
  • Able to identify, discuss and solve issues linked to how we do program.
  • Has extensive entrepreneurship knowledge and can solve methodology question succesfully, adapt programs to context and contribute to evolution of our service.
  • Coordinate with our Marketing team to create materials for the program participant applications (content for the website, leaflets or guidebooks, and social media posts...)
  • Coordinate the selection of entrepreneurs and mentors for each new program. Support applicants and their queries. Improve selection processes.
  • Plan and improve program communications, processes, and messaging. Oversee the "Matching" phase of each program where each entrepreneur finds a mentor and makes it a success.
  • Track entrepreneur teams’ progress during incubation. Host calls with entrepreneurs and mentors to onboard them, coach them, create cohort cohesion and ensure their success.
  • Provide support to users through email and live chat all throughout the program. Monitor closely participants' feedback during the program and offer solutions to their challenges. Identify issues quickly and come up with suggestions on how to solve them for the program to run smoothly and provide the desired results.
  • Understand clients’ needs and ensure their queries are heard and acted upon, and that their program is a success. Regularly meet with our clients to check in on the program's health.
  • Can advise and train other PMs on their role.
Facilitation & Public Speaking (20% of time dedicated to this role)
  • Masters facilitation and can equally deliver good and bad news.
  • Can train other Program Managers on facilitating impactful and energizing sessions.
  • Can turn around results for a client or a group through reframing, motivating, convincing or inspiring.
  • Able to facilitate cross-functional meetings aimed at untangling complex issues or overcoming conflicts, in a compassionate yet resolute way.
  • Can represent Bridge for Billions at events.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Hard Skills
  • Languages: full proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience as program, project or operations manager, account management, customer success roles or similar. It would be a great plus if you are familiar with the entrepreneurship and social innovation world.
  • Have understanding of the entrepreneurial world or business support to incubators.
  • Have great writing and oral communication skills, having a friendly yet professional tone and delivering information efficiently. It’s a great plus having experience as facilitator, professor, or similar roles where you had to speak in front of large audiences.
  • Knowledge of entrepreneurs' struggles and what they need in the early stages, able to coach or mentor entrepreneurs, speaks the language of business planning, knowledge of innovation frameworks and the day-to-day of founders.
  • Would be a plus to have experience with incubation or innovation enterprises or (for or non profit) social organisations in Spain or in general working in B2B client facing roles.
  • Outstanding tech savviness: you should be at ease with tech tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Drive, or eager to learn and be a quick learner. Good grasp of spreadsheets.
Soft Skills

  • Customer-success mindset, outstanding oral and written communication with clients.
  • Problem-solver, and self-starter, who can be up and running in no time after thorough company onboarding. You are at ease managing expectations from multiple stakeholders and helping groups reach to agreements.

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills: you will have a lot of different types of responsibilities, so it is essential to be able to stay organised.

  • You like interacting with people and networking, you’re not intimidated to reach out to new people in the entrepreneurial space.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail: you test things yourself before making them go public, and you dislike when your work has imperfections.

OFFER AND LOCATION

Transparent salaries and fair compensation structure, mid-range for the social sector:

  • Compensation of 22,000 USD-24,000 USD per year, depending on profile.
  • Health Insurance bonus of $60/month added to your salary.
  • Location: Guatemala.

  • Type of contract: Full time Contractor to Bridge for Billions PBC, our headquarters in the US (paid holidays)
